Companies rarely report information at the line-of-business level, so eCompetitors uses its proprietary list of over 11,000 global industries to normalize reported corporate data.

HP, IBM, Dell, Apple, Microsoft, Oracle, Caterpillar, P&G and other Global 1,000 companies compete, on average, in 52 lines of business.

eCompetitors Lite displays sample competitors for about 25% of the lines of business for each company.
